Differences in User types in Refernet
The Administrator manages all the Agencies and provides access. They can administer users. They can see non-attributable data only. The Administrator can run Reports against all the agencies in the system (and by Region if enabled).
Primary Users can add, edit and disable Users. Create additional Primary Users and standard Users and update their Agency details.
Primary Users can send and receive referrals and see the referral activity to or from their Agency.
Users can send and receive referrals and see the referral activity to or from their Agency.
Customers can can refer themselves into Refernet for the team to triage to a relevant partner Agency – if enabled for the system.
