Pricing Refernet
We aim to make Refernet affordable and great value – from small charities right through to our large, national clients.
Refernet has such a wide variety of customer types, and therefore applications – that in some cases the service can’t be simply charged on a ‘population’, or ‘per-user’ basis only.
Our pricing takes into consideration the scale of the network needed, how many, and often you plan to make referrals, and other factors including consideration for what type of support you might need going forward.
We are happy to work with clients to help tailor packages that work best for their particular charity or organisation. Having a strong ‘partnership’ approach with our clients, (some of whom we have worked with for well over 10 years) – it seems natural to us that we should support them as much as we can, to meet with their budgets – particularly in times of great change and challenges.
We believe Refernet is a product for our time.
