Refernet has a new, quicker method for referral. The new ‘Make a referral’ tab gives immediate access to your favourites, or to the list of all Agencies in the system.

If your system administrator has set a ‘default’ agency, this appears at the top of the drop down navigation.

The existing ‘Search’ navigation remains as before, for those who want to continue with no change. This does continue to provide the most effective way to find the right Agency by searching for things like types of help; debt or counselling for example. See our Knowledge base for more info
